Processing Time:
We require 5-10 business days to process your order. For custom orders, the processing time is set at 5-15 business days.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are tailored to your specific delivery location, and you can find them detailed in your invoice.
Dispatch Notification:
If, by any chance, you haven't received a dispatch/delivery notification within the specified processing time or dispatch date, we would greatly appreciate it if you could notify us via Instagram DM or by sending an email to info@anikeologe.com.
Package Not Received?
We sincerely value your patience, and if your order hasn't reached you within the estimated delivery time, we recommend allowing an additional 2-3 days before reaching out to us, as there might have been delays caused by the selected courier service.
Responsibility of Courier Service:
Once items are dispatched, we entrust the courier service with the responsibility of ensuring a successful delivery to your address.
Lost Packages and Refunds:
Please be aware that we are unable to issue refunds for lost packages. However, we do offer 30% of the item's value in store credit.
Customs and Duties Charges:
Almost all international shipments are subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the importing country's government. Rest assured, these charges will be included at checkout unless otherwise required by the importing country.
Pickups:
We would be delighted if you could pick up your order from our Abuja warehouse if it is feasible for you.
