Exchanges

We gladly accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered pieces in their original, unused condition, with the original tags attached, for an exchange of store credit equivalent to the value of the purchased piece(s) only. Regrettably, items that fail to meet these conditions will have to be refused and returned to the shipper's address.

In the event that a piece(s) doesn't fit due to inaccurate measurements provided, please be informed that you will be responsible for the cost of repairs or remakes.

We absolutely allow modifications to our standard designs; however, we kindly request you to clearly communicate all specifications. This will help us ensure your satisfaction. Failure to do so will leave you responsible for the costs of repairs or remakes.

To facilitate the exchange process, we kindly ask that all pieces be returned within 7 days after delivery. Rest assured, we'll do our best to process your return promptly within 5 business days upon receiving it at our warehouse.

Please be aware that all End of Season, Sales, Black Friday, and Clearance items are marked as FINAL SALE, and unfortunately, cannot be returned unless you received the wrong size or style.

Lastly, we kindly remind you that the delivery cost of your exchange will be your responsibility.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
